数据与备份提醒

SkiII 以本地数据为主。卸载 App 可能会删除本地数据。如果你正在记录重要内容，建议定期使用 App 内导出或备份功能保存数据。

iCloud 同步常见问题

  • iCloud 同步是完整版（买断）功能，需要登录 iCloud 并开启 iCloud 云盘。
  • 多台设备登录同一 Apple 账号并打开开关后，数据会自动同步；传输节奏由系统决定，通常为几秒到几分钟。
  • 同步保持的是「最新状态」，不是历史快照；两台设备同时编辑同一张卡片时，较旧的一份会保存为冲突副本（iCloud 云盘 SkiII 目录的 conflicts 文件夹）。
  • 删除卡片会同步到其他设备的回收站，可随时恢复；灵感气泡只增不删，不会被同步删除。
  • 重装 App 后重新打开同步开关，可以从 iCloud 恢复已同步的内容；回收站、手绘等不在同步范围。
  • 同步不是备份：重要节点仍建议使用 App 内「导出全量备份」保存时间点快照。

购买与退款

SkiII 的 App Store 购买由 Apple 处理。如需退款或查看订单，请通过 Apple 的购买记录或 App Store 支持渠道处理。

Data and backups

SkiII is local-first. Deleting the app may delete local app data. If you are keeping important content, we recommend using the in-app export or backup features regularly.

iCloud sync FAQ

  • iCloud sync is a full-version (one-time purchase) feature. It requires being signed in to iCloud with iCloud Drive enabled.
  • With the toggle on and the same Apple account on multiple devices, data syncs automatically; timing is controlled by the system and usually takes seconds to minutes.
  • Sync keeps the latest state, not historical snapshots. If two devices edit the same card at once, the older version is kept as a conflict copy (in the conflicts folder of the SkiII directory in iCloud Drive).
  • Deleting a card moves it to the trash on other devices, where it can be restored. Inspiration bubbles are add-only and are never deleted by sync.
  • After reinstalling the app, turning sync back on restores synced content from iCloud. The trash and sketches are not included in sync.
  • Sync is not a backup: for important milestones, use the in-app full backup export to keep point-in-time snapshots.
